Ну вот сравни с Германией - билет на автобус из Москвы в Германию - 70 евро, английский можно вообще не знать (по крайней мере значительно ниже TOEFL 213), визу делают за один день без очереди и кажется даже бесплатно300 (билет в один конец ) + 375$ (рента)+375 (секьюрити депозит) + 125$ ТОЕФЛ + 150$ (ГРЕ, химия) + 100$ (ГРЕ), почта там (1000р на ФЕДЕКС), ну и 500$ на еду на первое время. Не так уж много, с перспективой зарабатывать намного больше.

But EB-1 yes worth trying on the first place, however usually post-docs do not qualify for EB-1, unless you are "extraodinary" indeed'
