A. Apparatus and Reagents
(a) White wine colorimeter.—Double beam filter photometer utilizing W incandescent lamp with Corning 5-61 high pass filter, Se photocells, 1 in. (2.54 cm) path test and reference cells, and zero set cell for calibration. Available from VWR International.
(b) Potassium chromate standard solution.—0.0002059M. Dissolve 0.0400 g K2CrO4 (Baker Analyzed, J.T. Baker, Inc., No. 3058) in 0.05M KOH and dilute to 1 L with 0.05M KOH.
B. Determination
Let instrument warm up 2 h. Standardize with K2CrO4 solution according to manufacturer's instructions. %T should be reproducible to 0.1%.
Fill reference and test cells with H2O, and place both in colorimeter. Set indicator knob to zero, and null colorimeter by adjusting zero set knob. Remove test cell and replace with zero set cell. Null meter by adjusting indicator. Indicator should read ca 98.5 on duplicate tests. Repeat each hour or after every 10-15 readings.
With zero set cell in place, set indicator to value (ca 98.5) determined above. Null meter with zero set knob. Replace zero set cell with test cell containing wine. Null meter by adjusting indicator. Read %Ton indicator.

Подскажите, кому не жаль, где можно узнать диапазон этого показателя. Ни в одном доступном мне источнике не указан такой показатель. Между тем для меня это важно, а что там у этих "буржуев". Накапливать свой массив можно, но это требует больших временных затрат. Также непонятно, какую они там кювету брали, может измерение Т% на обычном, нашем КФК, не будет соответствовать указанному в методике.
