Our usual hires are fresh graduates and young specialists. Joining our External relations team as Professional Program Associate Manager you will start with Regulatory & Professional division. The job is wide in scope and will involve close partnership with the Marketing and CBD Teams. You will need to have a good understanding of the business and the organization and ability to travel frequently.
In your role you will:
- Manage a work of professional representatives in regions, scheduling of their work, planning of the budget, salaries;
- Create plan of communication activity for dentists in polyclinics, managing participation in exhibitions and conferences, create reports and presentations;
- Build fruitful, trustful relations with practical dentists in Moscow and other cities;
- Develop presentation materials, exhibition stands for professionals, generate scientific publications in respective magazines. Manage training seminars, lectures. It is desirable: an operational experience with sales representatives of the pharmacy-industry.
