There's no any mistake about the title and the link to the journal, just the recent years are published online, but the old issues they put it in JUST ARRANGED LISTS without their author names , pages or any DOI.So they just put the title of every monograph like the same you have seen and nothing more.
Do not bother yourself if you did not find it.
This is what i have understood from your Russian answer, because I've translated it, so excuse me if i may not get you right.
