Предложили сварить метилинданон и 4-иодимидазол и сшить их через Гриньяра. Но беда в том, что с Гриньяром не доводилось работать. Как инданон сделать нашел, а в остальном проблемы

The correlate coeff. of the two models are 0.96 and 0.99 resp. and shows good predictive ability. Based on the pharmacophore model, a 3D-QSAR anal. was performed and can guide us to design new selective α2-adrenoceptor agonists.
