поробуйте архив,
если не получится переименуйте в index.rar

Хм, что-то не получается, RAR его не узнает. Попробую еще поковырять...

Не мучайся, закинул как pdf в обменнеГ. Надо было добавить расширение rar. Был index стал index.rar, все открылось.

Что может не получаться в живом раре? У меня открываецца. Ты давно какие-нибудь рары с интернета брал? А то были случаи, что браузер их запарывает в процессе скачивания.
Upd. А, ну вот, уже и ни к чему это.
