So, the paper is not available at Institute of Inorganic and General Chemistry (Shlavik), the library in Institute of Organic Chemistry is closed for vacations upto August 15.
I will check it in the library of Institute of Organoelement Compounds the next Monday (if it will work), but it seems that the journal is too old...
