выращивание пробиотиков

Добрый день. В наличии пробиотик bacillus licheniformis, также его условия культивирования. Единственное, не указаны сроки по стерилизации и выращиванию, а также метод посева на среду. Подскажите пожалуйста, кто знаком с данным штаммом, как правильно его вырастить?

Strawberry (Fragaria × annanasa) is an excellent source of natural antioxidants including carotenoids, vitamins, anthocyanins, phenols, and flavonoids with the capacity of scavenging free radicals. Major phenolic compounds such as flavonoids present in strawberries exhibited high antioxidant and anticancer properties. The level of flavonoid groups, flavonols, and anthocyanins in strawberries are directly or indirectly linked with total antioxidant capacity. Elevated levels of these secondary metabolites should provide better health benefits to the consumers of strawberry. Use of synthetic chemicals for enhancing fruit yield and contents of secondary metabolites in strawberry fruits is discouraged due to the health concern of the consumer and deleterious effects to the environment. Therefore, a novel eco-friendly approach is preferred to improve yield and quality of strawberry fruits.
