Provided are the process and the apparatus for preparing an environmentally-friendly insulating gas perfluoroalkylnitrile. The apparatus comprises a first tank reactor, a second tank reactor, and a fixed bed reactor. A condensing and collecting device is provided at the top of the first tank reactor, a collecting and guiding channel at the bottom of the condensing and collecting device is connected to an inlet of a storage tank, and an outlet of the storage tank is connected to an inlet of the second tank reactor. The second tank reactor is connected to a perfluoroolefin tank. An outlet of the second tank reactor is connected to a storage gasification tank. The storage gasification tank is connected to a carrier gas tank, and an outlet of the storage gasification tank is connected to an inlet of the fixed bed reactor. The present invention starts from cyanuric chloride and perfluoropropylene, and uses two tank reactors and a fixed bed reactor to realize production with high atom economy. The preparation method has simple reaction conditions, high atom economy, low cost, and is continuous and enables scale production A condensation and collection means is set on top of the first kettle-type reactor, a collection guide tank on bottom of the condensation and collection means is connected to inlet of a storage tank, and outlet of the storage tank is connected to inlet of the second kettle-type reactor. The second kettle-type reactor is connected to a perfluoroolefin tank, and outlet of the second kettle-type reactor is connected to a storage gasification tank. The storage gasification tank is connected to a carrier gas tank, and outlet of the storage gasification tank is connected to inlet of the fixed-bed reactor.

A chem. kinetic model is employed to study the variation of C4F7N, C5F10O, and their decomposition components under different pressures. The results show that the molar fraction and recombination rate of C5F10O are higher than those of C4F7N, and high pressure has larger influence on the molar fraction and recovery rate of C5F10O than those of C4F7N, so C5F10O presents a better mol. recovery characteristic and dielec. strength than C4F7N at high pressures. © 2021 American Institute of Physics.

Seeking environmentally friendly gas-insulated medium has become a research hotspot in recent years. At present, C3F7CN (Heptafluoro-iso-butyronitrile) is considered to be a potential SF6 environment-friendly alternative gas and some achievements have been made in the study of its insulation and decomposition characteristics, but there are few reports on the compatibility between its characteristic decomposition products and materials. The investigation of compatibility between gas-insulated medium and material is an important part of evaluating its comprehensive performance. In this paper, we investigated the interaction between C2F5CN, CF3CN, COF2 and CF4 with the aluminum widely used in elec. equipment. It was found that the interaction between C2F5CN, CF3CN and Al (1 1 1) surface is strong. There are obvious charge transfer and electron orbital overlap between the C atom, N atom in CN group and Al (1 1 1). The interaction between COF2, CF4 and Al (1 1 1) surface is weak and van der Waal's forces play the major role. Relevant results reveal the characteristics of C3F7CN decomposition products and provide theor. guidance for evaluating the material compatibility between C3F7CN decomposition products and aluminum.

Perfluoroazaalkenes RfN:CF2 (Rf = CF3, C2F5, C3F7) are defluorinated with Ph3P to form the resp. isocyanides RfN:C. The well-known azaalkene isomerization, Rf'CFN:CF2 to Rf'CF:NCF3, occurs concomitantly. Low temperature fractionation permits purification of the highly volatile isocyanides, C2F5NC (1) and C3F7NC (2) as well as CF3NC, which are stable when stored at -78°. Reactions with oxidizing materials such as Cl2, Br2, RfOCl (Rf = CF3, (CF3)3C, SF5) and ClF lead to C3F7N:CCl2 (3), C3F7N:CBr2 (4), C2F5N:CBr2 (5), C3F7N:C(Cl)OCF3 (6), C2F5N:C(Cl)OCF5 (7), C3F7N:C(Cl)OC(CF3)3 (8), C3F7N:C(Cl)OSF5 (9) and C3F7N(Cl)CF2Cl (10).

Спасибо!
Перфторизонитрилы были получены CF3NC, C2F5NC и CF3CF2CF2NC, но они очень легко полимеризуются.
